Question

I'm a little confused about the results from my x-ray and ALV. They mentioned something about discrete and linear infiltrates in my left upper lobe, and said my right upper lobe is clear. They also noted it might be a chronic inflammatory lung issue like ptb fibroid type. Can you help me understand what this means? I'm a bit worried about what it indicates for my lung health.

I typically skip medication and just let it run its course, which takes about a week or two. I'm really wondering if this could be harming my lungs, though. Should I be considering medication instead?
