I'm looking for advice on skin lightening. Could any doctor suggest a good cream to help lighten my skin without causing any side effects?

I'm dealing with a fungal infection that my doctor diagnosed about a month ago. I've been on medication, taking Candiforce 200 twice daily, and using O2 derm cream. But now I'm noticing some stretch marks and they're spreading. Is there any nonsteroidal cream you could recommend for this? Also, a friend mentioned using Alograce bathing bar from Mankind. I've got a lump between my thumb and index finger from an injury I got while playing cricket. A ball smacked right into my thumb, jamming it pretty hard, which left my hand swollen for over a week. The swelling finally went down, but now there's this hard lump in the webbing that still really hurts even with just a slight touch. It's been more than a year and I've tried icing it, but there's been no improvement. What should I do?
