I'm looking for a good kojic acid or hydroquinone cream to help with my tan. Even though I'm using sunscreen, my arms and legs have really tanned. Can you recommend something that might work for me?

For tan removal, I'd recommend considering products with kojic acid or hydroquinone. However, keep in mind that hydroquinone is available by prescription only, usually in 4% concentrations, and should be used under the guidance of a dermatologist.Neostrata Dark Spot Corrector:

I've been noticing these black dots on my chest and stomach for the past couple of months. They're not painful or itchy, but I'm curious and a bit worried about what they might be. I usually sleep without a shirt, so I'm wondering if that might be related. Could you help me understand what these might be and why they've appeared?
That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene, apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.
