I've been dealing with a heavy feeling in my chest and some chest pain for the past four months. The pain often starts on the center left side but sometimes shifts to the center right. Ive tried Gelusil a few times, but it hasnt really helped. I do pranayam and take a short walk every day. What could be causing this? BP is normal, it is a side -effects of the bp medications..
