I'm looking for some advice because I often get a throat infection when I eat curd or buttermilk, even if I leave it out of the fridge for a bit before eating. It makes me feel feverish and causes body pain, and the whole thing can last for about 45 days. The doctor usually gives me medicine or even antibiotics, and sometimes I have to get a shot for weakness, but I still feel weak for a week afterward. So I've been avoiding curd and buttermilk. I also seem to get throat infections with fever frequently throughout the year, especially during the rainy season. Do you know what's causing this or what I can do right away when I start feeling like I'm getting a throat infection?

View allI'm really worried about my brother. He's been dealing with a nasal blockage for months now after recovering from Covid. He tested negative and was fine for a bit after vaccination, but now he can't breathe properly through his nose and has to breathe through his mouth, especially at night. It's affecting his sleep a lot. He quit smoking recently after a long habit, and his PFT results were okay, but he's still not feeling well. What could be causing this ongoing congestion?

I'm thinking about using sesame oil, like 12 drops daily in each nostril, to help with these annoying dry, hard crusts that keep forming. Is that something safe to do every day? Also, can I use olive oil for my ears, and how often should I be using it? What amount is considered okay?

I'm dealing with a sore throat and did some hot water and salt gargling. Just wondering, after doing that, how long should I wait before eating?
3-5mins gap is enough, consume warm foods for better results.
