I'm looking for some advice regarding my mom's snoring issue. She's 54 and has been struggling with snoring at night for quite some time now. Do you know of any effective anti-snoring tablets or medicines that might help? I'm really worried about her getting a good night's sleep.

View allI've been dealing with this issue for almost 18 months now. Every month, without fail, I get this right ear pain that spreads down to my shoulder and all the way to my hand. Lately, I found a lump in my neck, right on the ear line under my jaw, and it's on the same side where I feel the pain. I'm unsure if they're linked, but the lump seems to come and go. I've tried muscle relaxants; they help, but regular painkillers don't seem to do much. I'm wondering, what might this be?

I'm experiencing a sore throat, and sometimes I'm noticing mucus with a bit of blood coming from my mouth. Could you help me understand what's going on and what remedies I might try? I'm a bit concerned about it.
Blood in sputum during a sore throat can be due to ruptured blood vessels because of inflammation and congestion in the throat. It is harmless in minor quantities. If symptoms such as high fever or chills begin to develop with associated breathing difficultes, a more detailed examination may be warranted through an in person physician consult.

I'm 17 and recently had a check-up where the doctor diagnosed me with acute otitis media in my right ear, possibly due to my cold. I've been taking antibiotics like Natravox, using a nasal spray, and a tablet called Nasathera for the cold. The pain in my ear has gone away after taking painkillers, and my cold has cleared up too. But I'm still not hearing fully from my right earthere's this ringing sound. I dance as a hobby, and with a dance concert coming up soon, I'm wondering if it's safe to continue practicing or do any strenuous activities with this ear infection. Could this affect my recovery or hearing any further?
