I'm looking for some advice on treating pigmentation or 'jhaiya' on my face. I've tried a few creams but I'm not sure which one is the most effective. Also, I'm experiencing quite a bit of hair fall lately. Could you recommend something that might help with that too?

I'm really worried about the dark spots at the corners of my lips, and I was wondering if there's any cream that might help. One doctor suggested I try using Lip Bless, but I'm still unsure if that'll do the trick. I'm getting married soon, so I'm quite stressed about it. I don't smoke or drink, and I make sure to drink plenty of water, eat fruits rich in vitamin C, and scrub regularly. Plus, I rarely spend time in the sun. Do you have any advice on what might help brighten up the corners of my lips?

I'm dealing with a persistent fungal infection and have been using Zole f to treat it. The cream seems to help at first, but after a few days, the infection comes back. Could you suggest a more effective treatment plan for this issue?
For fungal infections, it is important to use an antifungal medication that targets the specific type of fungus causing the infection. In this case, I recommend using a combination of Clotrimazole cream (such as Canesten) and Fluconazole tablets (such as Diflucan). Apply the Clotrimazole cream twice daily to the affected area for at least 2 weeks. Additionally, take one Fluconazole 150mg tablet orally, once a week for 4 weeks. It is important to complete the full course of treatment to ensure the infection is completely eradicated. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
