I've been dealing with this frustrating issue of having large, dry pimples mostly on the left side of my face. They sometimes hurt a bit if I press on them, and they're pretty stubbornthey never really go away completely and seem to come back over and over, taking ages to heal. I keep my face clean with face washes and mild soaps, and I don't usually use any creams or moisturizers. My job keeps me indoors, so I'm not really exposed to things like sun or pollution. I've been using Surfaz SN cream, which worked before but now doesn't seem to do much. Do you have any suggestions for creams or skin lotions that could help clear up my skin?
Seems like you are dealing with persistent acne on the left side of your face. Since Surfaz SN cream is no longer effective, I recommend trying a combination treatment. You can use a combination of Clindamycin gel in the morning and Adapalene gel at night. Apply a thin layer of Clindamycin gel in the morning after washing your face, and then apply Adapalene gel at night before bedtime. Make sure to use a sunscreen during the day as these medications can increase sensitivity to the sun. I've been dealing with these dark patches on the skin in my pubic area and I tried using terbicip for a couple of weeks, but there hasn't been any improvement. I'm getting really worried and wondering what else I could do to treat this? Could it be something serious, or am I just missing something with the treatment?
