I'm on my 8th day of bleeding, and my periods usually last just 4 days. This time, I've had clots for 4 days and then light bleeding for the next 4 days. It's day 8 now, and I'm getting a bit concerned. Is there any medication I should consider taking?

Frequent Bowel Movements and TB Diagnosis

Normal Bowel Movement Frequency

  1. 3-4 times a day is considered normal.
  2. 5-6 times a day may indicate an issue, such as:
    • Gastrointestinal infection
    • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
    • Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

TB Diagnosis Concerns

  1. TB diagnosis requires confirmation: A single symptom, like frequent bowel movements, is not enough to confirm TB.
  2. Additional tests are necessary: Your doctor should have ordered additional tests, such as:
    • Stool tests
    • Blood tests
    • Imaging studies (e.g., X-rays, CT scans)
    • Endoscopy or colonoscopy

Next Steps

  1. Seek a second opinion: Consult another doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
  2. Request additional testing: Ensure that all necessary tests are conducted to confirm or rule out TB.
  3. Follow-up appointment: Schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss test results and determine the best course of action.

I'm feeling really nervous and am physically weak lately, along with dizziness, shortness of breath, and I've noticed I need to urinate a lot more, though there's no leakage or infection. I'm also experiencing pain in my lower pelvic area and back. I used to masturbate by rubbing my clitoris until about 7 years ago. Could that be related to what I'm feeling now? How can I address all these issues? Would really appreciate some advice.

My wife is 15 weeks pregnant and we recently found out during her NT scan that she has a low-lying placenta. One doctor mentioned she might need a c-section and warned us about potential risks to both her and the baby's lives, which has me really worried. We also talked to another doctor who said it's not a big deal. I'm trying to understand what all of this really means and what the potential outcomes could be, especially the worst-case scenarios we should be prepared for. Could you help clarify this?

A low-lying placenta, also known as placenta previa, is a condition where the placenta partially or completely covers the cervix. At 15 weeks, it's not uncommon for the placenta to be low-lying, but in most cases, it will move up and away from the cervix as the uterus grows. In about 9 out of 10 cases, a low-lying placenta resolves on its own by the time you reach the third trimester. However, if the condition persists, it may cause bleeding during pregnancy and labor

I have a 4.5cm dermoid cyst in my right ovary and my doctor recommended laparoscopic surgery. Are hospitals in Indirapuram or Ghaziabad currently performing these surgeries? I've been having bloating on my right side and thigh, and sometimes it gets so bad I can't walk. Is this normal with a cyst this size?
