I'm not having any issues with my teeth or mouth, but I've been noticing blood when I spit deeply from my throat. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I've been dealing with tonsil stones for about a year now and it's really been bugging me. I'm wondering if there's a way to get rid of my tonsils without going through surgery. Is it possible? If so, how does it work?

I've recently had earwax removed, but since then, I've been feeling a lot of pressure and fullness, especially in my right ear. It feels like I need to put my finger in there and stretch it to get some relief. It's like there's an itch or a constant urge to wiggle the inside of my ear as if it's swollen. My hearing has definitely improved after the wax removal, but this pressure is bothering me, mostly in the right ear and occasionally in the left. I've been using Ciplox ear drops for about a week now. Is this normal? Should I be taking any precautions or consider any other treatment? I'm getting a bit worried about it. Would appreciate your advice.
