I'm noticing that every time I thread my upper lip, a white patch shows up that's lighter than my normal skin color. I've talked to a doctor online who recommended using Placentrex cream twice a day. I'm curious about how to get my skin back to its usual color. Also, I have an iron deficiencycould that be causing this? What should I do next?

I'm really worried because I've been getting these frequent rashes, and even though my blood test came back normal, my doctor said it might be a hidden allergy or stress-related. But I'm scared it could be something like HIV. How can I tell if these rashes are just from stress or if they're possibly HIV-related? They're itchy and red, and they started in December when I was super stressed about my exams. Can you help me figure this out?

Consider alternatives to KayamNityam Churna to manage bowel movements. Cremalax, a laxative, can provide temporary relief, but long-term use may lead to dependence. For a 70-year-old, it's recommended to limit Cremalax use to 1-2 weeks.
