I'm noticing a lot of cracks on the glans of my penis, and while it's not itchy or burning, I'm worried about it. How can I get it back to looking smooth and normal?

View allI'm experiencing this really frustrating full body itching that has turned into black marks. I saw a doctor, and they mentioned it might be because of dry skin. I've tried using lotion, ointments, and even tablets, but they only seem to help while I'm using them. As soon as I finish the course, the itching comes back. Can you help me understand what's going on or suggest something that might work better?

I've had these white spots for about 6 years now. Some people have mentioned it might be vitiligo. Is there any way to cure it? The patches are mostly between my inner thighs and around my mouth. Can you help me understand what this could be?

I'm a bit confused about how to use the acnewar gel that my doctor prescribed. Should I wash my face with water after applying the gel and then use the face wash my doctor recommended? Or do I just use the face wash directly after putting on the acnewar gel? I'm not really sure what the correct order is.
When using Acnewar gel and a prescribed face wash, follow this order: 1. *Apply Acnewar gel*: Directly apply a thin layer of Acnewar gel to the affected areas. 2. *Wait for 15-30 minutes*: Allow the gel to absorb and work on the acne. 3. *Wash your face with the prescribed face wash*: Use lukewarm water and a small amount of face wash to cleanse your face. 4. *Rinse thoroughly*: Rinse your face with lukewarm water to remove all residue. Do not mix Acnewar gel with the face wash. Apply the gel first, wait, and then wash your face with the prescribed face wash.
