I'm noticing my heartbeat feels really strong and visible in my stomach and chest all the time. Sometimes when I'm just sitting, it actually makes my body move with each beat. Is that something normal? My heart rate usually sits between 70 to 80 beats per minute, and my blood pressure is around 12090. Does that sound okay?

Having a visible heartbeat in your stomach and chest, along with feeling strong pulsations, can be concerning. This may be due to a condition called aortic aneurysm or other cardiovascular issues. Your blood pressure of 12090 is slightly elevated and should be monitored. It's important to consult a cardiologist for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with a really high pulse rate and Im not sure why. Every time I check it with my digital sphygmomanometer, it reads between 95 to 110, and thats without any physical activity. My blood pressure usually hovers around 105 over 55. On top of that, Ive been experiencing severe abdominal pain and a constant feeling of nausea for the past few weeks. Could these symptoms be related, and what should I do about it?

Your pulse rate is slightly elevated (95-110 bpm), and your blood pressure is on the lower side (10555). Combined with your abdominal pain and nausea, this could indicate dehydration, stress, or an underlying medical condition like gastritis or an infection. I recommend seeing a doctor promptly for a detailed evaluation and necessary tests.

I've been having these sudden chills or a cold feeling in my chest while I'm asleep, and it's been happening on and off, like a couple of times a week for the last few months. I already saw a cardiologist and did some tests to make sure it's not heart disease because I'm a 35-year-old guy who was recently told I have hypertension. Can someone help me figure out what might be causing this?

it might be due to stress. start doing exercises, avoid stress
