I'm noticing that the skin around my thigh and under the testicles is changing color, sometimes getting darker and at other times looking pale. I've been using Candid B cream and baby powder to keep the area dry, but it doesn't seem to be improving. Should I be worried about these changes in skin color? Is there something else I should be doing?

View allI've been dealing with itchy patches around my vagina and the bend in my inner thigh for about a month now. They look like ringworms and itch really bad, but I haven't tried any medication yet. What do you think I should do?
You may have a fungal infection, such as ringworm. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to help the medication work effectively. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I've got this lump on my pubic area that's really worrying me. It's painful, reddish, and there's pus and blood coming out. The top of the lump looks pretty red too. I'm not sure what it could be, and it's freaking me out a bit. Should I be concerned or see someone about it?
A painful, red, and swollen lump with pus and blood in the pubic area may indicate a sebaceous cyst, abscess, or infected ingrown hair; however, it's crucial to consult a doctor or dermatologist for a proper evaluation and diagnosis, as it could also be a sign of a more serious condition, such as a Bartholin's cyst or hidradenitis suppurativa, and may require treatment with antibiotics, drainage, or minor surgery.
