I'm noticing some dry patches around my vaginal area and inner thighs, and there's this flaky layer that's forming. What could be causing this, and how can I treat it?

-It sounds like you may have dry skin or irritation, possibly due to friction or a fungal infection. Keep the area clean and dry, apply a gentle moisturizer, and use an anti-fungal cream if needed. If it doesn't improve, see a doctor for further evaluatio

I've been having this issue with my upper lip where a dry patch appears sometimes, and there's even a little bit of fluid. It eventually dries up and goes away, but there's a bit of itching and pain at times. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I'm thinking about using a derma roller for my face, but I'm not entirely sure how to properly sanitize it. I'm wondering if it's okay to use Dettol or Savlon to clean it. Could you walk me through the sanitizing process? I'm a bit worried about making sure it's safe to use on my skin.

While Dettol or Savlon can be used to sanitize a derma roller, a more recommended approach is to soak the derma roller in a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with sterile or distilled water, and let air-dry; this method is gentler on the needles and more effective against bacteria and other microorganisms.

I've been dealing with perioral dermatitis and using Desowen lotion has been really helpful. However, I recently found out I'm pregnant and read somewhere that it's not safe anymore. Are there any non-steroid alternatives to this lotion that I could use during pregnancy? I'm a bit concerned and would love some advice.

That could be due to Fungal Infection or Vitamin Defeciency, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management, and consume balanced diet
