I'm a bit worried and was wondering if you could help me understand what's causing it and what I might be able to do about it.

I'm noticing that whenever I eat foods that are considered "heaty," like spicy or fried items, I end up getting pimples on my face. It's really frustrating. Do you have any advice on how I can avoid this or clear up my skin when it happens? Is there something specific in these foods that's causing the breakouts?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.
