I'm noticing some vertical purple veins next to my tonsils and the back of my throat looks inflamed. There's also a mild pain when I swallow. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something that can resolve on its own?

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery

I hurt myself while jumping in a play arena, trying to do flips. I ended up landing awkwardly, and my knees were really close to my nose, which I think led to some impact. I started bleeding from my nose right after. A few people around helped me out, and the swelling from the impact disappeared after a bit. But now, my nose hurts whenever I touch it, and it feels like the cartilage separating my nostrils is a bit shifted to the right. Should I be worried about this?

I've been dealing with this Tinnitus in my left ear for about two years now and it seems to be getting worse. I came across a tablet called Tinnicar and I'm wondering if it has any side effects. I'm really curious to know if it might help or if there are things I should be careful about. What do you think?

I've noticed that my uvula seems quite large and kind of pointy at the end. Sometimes it feels like there's something stuck in my throat. Could this be causing some nasal blockage? I'm wondering if I might need surgery for this.

If uvula size is very large and pointy and causing symptoms like feeling something stuck in your throat and nose blockage, it may require surgical intervention. One common surgery for this condition is uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP). However, the decision for surgery should be made after a thorough evaluation by an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist. They may also recommend medications such as corticosteroids to reduce inflammation and swelling. It is important to seek medical advice for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
