I'm noticing three or four mole-like things on my penile shaft. They itch occasionally, but there's no pain. Should I be worried about this? What could it possibly be?

I'm thinking about trying this Biocos emergency whitening cream with serum, but I'm really concerned about its safety. The product says it doesn't contain bleach or mercury, but I'm worried it might still harm my face. Can you let me know if it's okay to use?
Cream - BIOCOS emergency whitening cream with serum is a topical product that claims to provide fairness without containing bleach or mercury. While these ingredients are harmful to the skin, it is important to note that fairness creams in general may contain other ingredients that can potentially cause damage or irritation to the skin. It is recommended to perform a patch test before using the cream on your face. Apply a small amount on a small area of your skin and wait for 24 hours to see if there is any adverse reaction such as redness, itching, or burning sensation. If there is no reaction, you can proceed to use it as directed. However, it is important to keep in mind that fairness creams may not be suitable for all skin types and may not provide long-term benefits. It is always best to focus on a healthy skincare routine that includes sunscreen, moisturizer, and gentle cleansing. If you experience any irritation or discomfort while using the cream, discontinue use immediately. If you have any underlying skin conditions or concerns, it is advisable to consult with a dermatologist for personalized advice.

I've recently seen a dermatologist and they prescribed me Resoten 20, along with some moisturizers and lip balm. I've heard that this medication can make acne look worse before it starts to improve. Should I stick with the 20mg, or do you think a stronger dose might be necessary for my mild to severe acne? Also, is there a more affordable option for Isotretinoin capsules than Resoten 20?
