I'm noticing three or four mole-like things on my penile shaft. They itch occasionally, but there's no pain. Should I be worried about this? What could it possibly be?

I've been dealing with acne scars and I'm breastfeeding my 5-month-old baby. I'm thinking about using tretinoin tretin 0.05% cream on my face to help with the scars and acne, but I'm really worried if this could affect my baby through breastfeeding. Is it safe for me to use this cream or should I avoid it while I'm nursing? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

While tretinoin (Tretin 0.05%) is effective for acne and scars, it's not recommended for breastfeeding mothers, as it's a topical retinoid that can be absorbed into the bloodstream and potentially pass into breast milk, posing a risk to your 5-month-old baby; instead, consider alternative treatments, such as azelaic acid, salicylic acid, or glycolic acid, and consult your doctor or a dermatologist for personalized advice.

I'm dealing with alopecia barbae for the past couple of years. It first affected the top of my head, which has thankfully recovered. Now, I'm noticing patches in my beard, and there are two noticeable bald spots. Can you suggest a reliable doctor in Hyderabad who can help with this?

I've been dealing with this really annoying itch on my scalp for over 1520 days now. I've tried dandruff shampoos and even mixed tea tree oil with coconut oil, but nothing seems to help. There's definitely no lice or dandruff, and thankfully, my hair isn't falling out in clumps or anything, just the usual few strands. I'm starting to think this all began after I used a certain type of mehndi on my hair. Could that be the cause? What should I do next?

That could be due to dryness or fungal infection, needs evaluation, visit Dermatologist for the same
