I'm noticing that whenever I eat foods that are considered "heaty," like spicy or fried items, I end up getting pimples on my face. It's really frustrating. Do you have any advice on how I can avoid this or clear up my skin when it happens? Is there something specific in these foods that's causing the breakouts?

I've been dealing with a lot of dryness on my skin lately, and I'm not sure what to do. I heard about Luliconazole cream and was wondering if it's a good option to use for dryness. Also, I've started washing my hair daily with an anti-dandruff shampoo because my scalp gets really flaky. Is that okay to do, or could it be making the dryness worse?

I'm using Glocin gel, isotretinoin gel 0.05, isotretinoin capsule Tretiva 20, and Azirich, and my skin has become really dry. However, the redness on my face hasn't improved at all. Is there something I can do about the redness on my skin?
