I'm planning for a baby and have some questions about health checks before we start trying. What tests should my husband and I get done to make sure everything is okay for pregnancy? I'm also scheduled for LASIK eye surgery soon will that affect my baby plans? What general health and fitness steps should we focus on before conceiving?

Please do basic tests like CBC, TSH, RBS, RUBELLA IGG, HPLC, VIRAL MARKERS to be sure that all her parameters are normal and we do not need any medication or vaccine. If you do not conceive naturally for 3 months then do a semen analysis also. Best time to have relation is day 10 to day 17

View allI'm really confused and could use some advice. Is it okay for girls to eat eggs and drink milk while on their periods? I've heard a lot of mixed opinions about it, and it's making me worry about what I should or shouldn't be eating during that time. Is there any truth to these claims, or is it safe to include them in my diet? Would love some insight to clear up this confusion!

I've been dealing with some itching in my vulva and tried using Candid B, but it hasn't really helped. It's not because of any white discharge, but I noticed some redness there too. I've also got this itching between the skin that connects my anus and vagina. What could be causing this and how can I get some relief?
That could be bacterial or fungal vaginitis, visit your Gynaecologist for appropriate management.
