I'm dealing with this issue for the past few days and it's got me a bit worried. I'm allergic and under treatment from my pulmonologist. It only lasts about 10 to 15 minutes and then it's gone. I can do all my activities like walking briskly for half an hour and jogging in the morning. I also do pranayam breathing exercises almost every day. Do you think I should get tested for something specific? Could there be an issue with my lungs?
