I'm really anxious after getting my X-ray results back. It mentions bilateral prominent perihilar lung markings, and I'm not sure what that means. Should I be worried about this? Can you help explain what it indicates or what might cause it?

Bilateral prominent perihilar lung markings on an x-ray typically indicate an increased density or prominence of blood vessels and lymphatic channels around the central part of the lungs. This can be a normal variant in some cases, but it can also be seen in conditions such as pulmonary congestion, infections, or inflammation. Treatment would depend on the underlying cause. If you are experiencing symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, or chest pain, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI've recently had a chest PA and it showed increased bronchovascular markings and a prominent hila. I'm kind of worried about what this means. Is it normal to see these in the results, or should I be concerned about any potential health issues?

I'm dealing with a persistent dry cough that's been bugging me for the past 6 months. I've tried all kinds of antibiotics, but nothing seems to kick it. All my lab tests have come back normal, so it's really puzzling. Any ideas on what could be going on, or what I could try next?
Persistent dry cough for 6 months despite normal lab reports and antibiotic treatment may indicate underlying conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), postnasal drip, bronchial hyperresponsiveness, or even habit cough, so consider consulting a pulmonologist

I've got pleural effusion in both lungs, but it's more serious on the right side. Ever since February 5th, I've had a bit of chest pain on the right side. They diagnosed me with TB on March 5th, and since then, I've been on ATT and later switched to the DOTS program on March 15th. They even drew out 250ml of fluid from my right lung on March 5th. My chest X-ray looked fine on March 1st, probably because there wasn't much fluid, but the one from April 1st shows my lower and middle lung lobes as kind of blurry or like they're collapsing. I've attached the X-ray. Is it normal for things to look worse after starting ATT? Should I be doing something specific or take extra precautions? Also, my breathing has gotten worse. I'm getting plenty of rest and eating a high-protein diet, but I'm really concerned. What should I do?
after att medication, it won't become normal immediately . It takes time for chest xray to be normal.
