I'm really concerned about my 7-year-old son who's just started getting these sudden brown spots on his skin. The first one showed up behind his neck, then another near his collarbone, and now there's one on his ribs. There's no itching or pain, and theyre just plain brown, no other colors like blue or anything. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

I've noticed that ever since I donated blood for the first time a few days ago, my hair has been falling out more than usual. Is there a connection between donating blood and experiencing increased hair fall? Should I be concerned about this change?

I'm using Melanocyl ointment for my vitiligo as prescribed by my doctor, but I've developed a sore and a reddish patch on the area I'm treating. My doctor is currently on leave. What should I do about the sore?
Seems like you may be experiencing a reaction to the Melanocyl ointment. You can try using a mild corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream on the sore area to reduce inflammation and itching. Apply a thin layer twice a day for a week. Additionally, you can use an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to prevent infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult with another healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
