I'm really concerned about my chest, it looks like I have man boobs and it's just not going away. I've tried all sorts of exercises but nothing seems to help. Could you recommend a good doctor for surgery or maybe give me some advice on what else I can do to fix this?

Consider consulting a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in gynecomastia surgery, and in the meantime, try exercises targeting the pectoral muscles, such as push-ups, dumbbell presses, and chest flys, while maintaining a healthy weight and hormone balance.

View allI'm really struggling and could use some advice. I've been taking fexofenadine for about three years, but I recently stopped. Now, I'm dealing with this intense itching all over my body, and it feels unbearable. I think it's from the withdrawal of stopping the medication. What can I do to relieve this itching? Any immediate suggestions or steps I should take?

Can I use Lobate GM on my face? I'm really upset because of all these pimples and black spots. I'm fair-skinned, but my face is just covered with them, and it's really bothering me. Do you think this cream could help?
It is best not to use Lobate GM on your face, especially for acne, due to the risks of side effects like skin thinning and worsening of acne

Can you explain the difference between epidermal and dermal hyperpigmentation? How can I tell them apart? Also, are there any treatments that can fully fade stubborn dermal hyperpigmentation? I'm really curious about how deep PIH goes under the skin.
