I'm really concerned about my chest, it looks like I have man boobs and it's just not going away. I've tried all sorts of exercises but nothing seems to help. Could you recommend a good doctor for surgery or maybe give me some advice on what else I can do to fix this?

Consider consulting a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in gynecomastia surgery, and in the meantime, try exercises targeting the pectoral muscles, such as push-ups, dumbbell presses, and chest flys, while maintaining a healthy weight and hormone balance.

I've been dealing with vitiligo for a decade now and have been on Pigmento tablets all this time. I've recently added Fish Oil Capsules to my routine hoping it might help with the growth of pigmentation. Does taking fish oil supplements really make a difference with vitiligo? Any advice you could give would be great.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that consuming Fish oil capsules increases the growth of Vitiligo. Fish oil supplements are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which have anti-inflammatory properties and may benefit overall skin health. However, it is important to continue taking your Pigmento tablets for Vitiligo as prescribed. If you have any concerns or experience any new symptoms, please consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
