I'm really concerned about my hCG levels in this fourth week of pregnancy. It's a bit nerve-wracking since my first appointment is still a little way off. How can I be sure everything's looking good until then?

View allI'm a bit worried about my Widal test results which came back with O at 140 and H at 180. I'm also pregnant, so I'm really concerned about whether these results indicate a positive or negative for typhoid fever. Could you help me understand what this means for my health and my pregnancy?
it means typhoid only but it is not a very specific test esp if done before 7 days of fever. kindly get a blood culture to confirm the same

My vaginal opening is really tight and sex is painful when trying to insert. The doctor mentioned I might need a minor procedure, but I'm wondering if there are other options like medications or non-surgical treatments that could help first
Vaginismus is an involuntary tensing of the vagina. People experience it at the start of sex, while inserting a tampon or while getting a pelvic exam. Vaginismus can make intercourse painful (dyspareunia). Kegels, vaginal dilators and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can help relax muscles and stop spasms.
