I'm really concerned about my health lately. I've been experiencing stomach pain for the past two days and it's been getting worse whenever I pass gas. The pain seems to be focused on the left side. Along with that, I've noticed that I'm going to the bathroom to urinate way more frequently, like every 20 minutes, and I end up going about four times in that period. I'm not sure what's going on and it's starting to worry me. Could you help me understand what might be happening?

Based on your lab results, it appears that you have:

  1. Subclinical hypothyroidism: Elevated TSH levels (>4.5 UmL) with normal T3 and T4 levels.
  2. Possible Eltroxin (T4) dosage adjustment needed: Your current dosage might not be sufficient to maintain optimal TSH levels.

Treatment:

  1. Dosage adjustment: Your doctor may increase your Eltroxin dosage to achieve optimal TSH levels (typically between 0.5-4.5 UmL).
  2. TSH monitoring: Regular blood tests (every 6-8 weeks) to monitor TSH levels and adjust your dosage accordingly.
  3. Consider adding T3 (liothyronine): If your TSH levels remain elevated despite T4 dosage adjustments, your doctor might consider adding T3 to your treatment regimen.

Important:

  1. Do not adjust your dosage without consulting your doctor.
  2. Continue taking your current dosage until your doctor advises otherwise.
  3. Schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to discuss your lab results and treatment plan.

I'm a bit concerned about my health right now. I've been dealing with some pain in my waist and had typhoid fever recently. I just got my blood tests back, and my SGOT is at 59 while my SGPT is at 64. I'm wondering if these levels are something I should be worried about. Does this mean there's a big problem, or could it be related to the fever? Would really appreciate some advice on this.

I'm really worried about my father. Weve used Dizone 250 mg before to help him stop drinking and it worked, but we stopped it for a year and he started wanting to drink again. We gave him one tablet with dinner and after a few days he felt really uneasy and started vomiting, just like last time. This time though, he had some blood in his vomit, which didnt happen before. Is it normal for this medicine to cause blood in vomit or should we be concerned about something else? I'm really worried about the blood part.

, forceful vomit may cause rupture of thin vein or capillary so vomiting may be occurred. Diazon is disulfiram an antialcoholic agent so it works.

I'm feeling something unusual with my stomach. My upper abdomen feels pretty hard, and it's not painful, but when I eat, it gets really tight and sticks out. What's weird is that my lower abdomen is soft and flat. What could be going on here?
