I'm really concerned about my health right now. I've noticed that my SGPT and SGOT levels are higher than normal. Also, I snore really loudly and have been told that I sometimes stop breathing in my sleep. How can I manage these issues and keep them under control?

High SGPT and SGOT levels, combined with loud snoring and breathing pauses, suggest potential liver issues and sleep apnea. It's important to address liver health through a balanced diet, hydration, and limiting alcohol, while seeking treatment for sleep apnea through lifestyle changes, weight management, and possibly using a CPAP machine. Please consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation and personalized plan.

View allI'm a bit worried about my CT scan results. It mentions a left-sided pleural effusion extending to the infra scapular region, and there's some consolidation in the lower lung. Plus, it says something about the left dome being pulled up. Can you help me understand what all this means? Is it serious?

When I was really young, I had both of my lungs collapse. It's been around 18 years since then, and I'm just wondering if there's anything I should still be worried about or if there's a possibility of any complications popping up this long after. Would appreciate any insights you might have!
if you are not having any symptoms then you need not worry.

Can someone have tuberculosis without showing a cough? I've been feeling unwell lately, but I don't have a cough, and now I'm worried it might be TB. What are the other symptoms I should look out for if it's not just a typical cold or something? I'm a little confused.
yes it can
