I'm really concerned about my health right now. I've noticed that my SGPT and SGOT levels are higher than normal. Also, I snore really loudly and have been told that I sometimes stop breathing in my sleep. How can I manage these issues and keep them under control?

I'm currently taking Montair LC, Levoflox 500, and Pan40 for a lower respiratory tract infection. I'm wondering if it's okay to also take vitamin tablets, specifically DE, C, and B12, alongside these medications. Would that cause any issues, or is it safe to mix them?
