I'm really concerned about my height as I feel it's not enough. I'm 22 now, and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to increase it at this age. Could you share some advice or recommend any methods that might help?

While height is mostly determined by genetics and typically stops increasing after the age of 22, you can still focus on improving posture, strengthening your muscles, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Stretching exercises like yoga or pilates may help you appear taller and more confident.

Can diabetics eat grapes?
Grapes contain natural sugar, but they're considered a low glycemic index (GI) food. This means a single serving is unlikely to raise your blood sugar significantly.
