I'm really concerned about my son. He's been having a lot of irritation and redness on the tip of his penis, and it's been giving him trouble when he tries to pee for about two weeks now. I'm not sure what's going on and it's starting to worry me. Could this be something serious? What should we do about it?

refrain from feeding your baby for 24 hrs and later you can feed,even if feed also there is no serious complications for the baby.
