I'm really concerned about my UTI and I really don't want to go on antibiotics if I can help it. Are there any other effective ways to treat this? Also, how can I tell if the infection has spread to my kidneys? I'm not sure what symptoms to look for and it's making me anxious.

View allI've been dealing with a urine infection for about 8 months now, and it's been frustrating since the treatment hasn't really worked. I even did a urine culture test, and it turns out I'm sensitive to all the antibiotics, but the infection still won't go away. What should I do next?

My penis is about 11 cm and pretty thin which really bothers me. Are there any safe ways to make it bigger without going through surgery? I've been feeling really insecure about this and want to know what options I have.
While there's no guaranteed method to significantly increase penis size without surgery, some approaches may improve perceived size or erectile function, which can impact appearance. These include improving blood flow, overall health, and potentially using exercises like jelqing or Kegels
