I'm really concerned about my wife. Back in 2020, she got Covid, and ever since then, she's been having these breathing issues. It's not constant but comes and goes, like she's fine for a few days, and then suddenly, she feels breathless with chest pain and heaviness. We've done all the testslike for asthma and chest X-raysand everything came back clear. We even tried an ayurvedic doctor who suggested it might be due to some cough in her chest, which he said was odd since the X-rays were normal. Strangely, his medicine seemed to help for a while. But now, the problem is back, and I doubt it's cough-related because she doesnt have a cold or fever. I'm at a loss and would really appreciate any suggestions or advice on what else we can do to figure this out. Could it be something post-Covid related that we're missing?

View allI've been dealing with continuous breathlessness and mild chest pain for the last 5 years, and it's really been affecting my life. My local chest specialist gave me some anxiety meds, and they help a bit but not fully. I've had ECHO and TMT tests in the past 14 months to check for heart problems, but they came back normal. Sometimes sleeping helps, but other times it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I'm feeling really restrictedI can't exercise or playand it's frustrating not knowing the root cause, which means I'm not really getting treated for it. Can you suggest what steps I could take or what might be going on?
try doing some exercises and yoga

I've recently been diagnosed with sarcoidosis and I'm feeling really worried about it. The doctors found mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy and both my Mtb genexpert and afb staining came back negative. I'm experiencing symptoms like weight loss, fever, a persistent cough, and these red spots on my legs. My doctor mentioned that there's no cure for sarcoidosis and I'm just really concerned about what this means for my future. Is there any hope for living a full life after a sarcoidosis diagnosis? What's the life expectancy like for someone in my situation?
need not worry, you can live good if you take medicines properly
