I'm really concerned about something I've been experiencing for the past six months. Every morning during bowel movements, I feel like something is getting stuck at the end of my anal area. Today, I took a picture of my anal region and noticed a swelling in one corner that seems like it might be a sentinel pile fissure. What could this possibly be, and what should I do next?

For rib pain, consider consulting:
- General Physician (GP) for initial evaluation.
- Orthopedic Specialist for musculoskeletal issues.
- Gastroenterologist for possible gastrointestinal causes.
- Pulmonologist for lung-related issues.
If the pain is severe, sudden, or accompanied by breathing difficulties, seek emergency care.

View allI'm really worried about my liver enzyme levels since my SGPT is at 184 and SGOT is 67. I've been on Udiliv 300 for the past three months, but it doesn't seem to be helping because the enzymes have gone up. My fasting blood sugar is at 100, and I'm also low on Vitamin D at 26. What do you suggest I do next?
Seems like your liver enzymes are still elevated despite taking Udiliv 300. I recommend adding Liv 52 DS to help improve liver function. You can take 2 tablets twice a day after meals. Additionally, you can consider adding Vitamin E supplement to support liver health. Make sure to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and monitoring.

I'm having this weird feeling of uneasiness in my chest, but it's only when I'm trying to sleep at night, during the day it's not there at all. When it happens, I usually just get up, drink some water, and I end up belching a lot, and then after a while, I can go back to sleep like normal. I've been keeping an eye on my SpO2 at home and its around 97-98 every time I check it. Also, I went to a general physician yesterday, May 18, and they said my SpO2 is good too. I don't have any other symptoms, especially those related to Covid. My doctor gave me antibiotics to be on the safer side along with some vitamins for three days. I'm just wondering if there's anything else I should be looking into, like, should I get a CT scan of my lungs or anything like that given my situation?
At present CT is not required . Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient. Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice
