I'm really concerned because I've been dealing with these small, white, hard bumps on my scalp for about a year and a half now. They're super itchy, and it's causing a lot of hair loss, which is really worrying me. At first, I thought it might be dandruff, but there's nothing flaky about it. I'm constantly scratching my scalp, and it's getting really frustrating. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?

View allI've been struggling with really bad dandruff for a long time. I've seen multiple dermatologists, but every time I stop the treatment, it comes back within weeks. Is there any permanent fix for this, like a surgery or something? I'm tired of dealing with it over and over again.
While a permanent cure for dandruff is elusive, it's possible to effectively manage and control it with consistent treatment and lifestyle adjustments. There's no known surgical solution for dandruff, as it's a condition of the skin, not a structural issue. Instead, focus on managing the underlying causes and symptoms
