I'm really concerned because I've been having this pain in my upper back and on the left side of my chest for the past two days. I'm trying to figure out what might be causing it. Could it be something serious? What should I do about it?

Guvava (Guava) Fruit and Fever
General Information
- Guvava's nutritional benefits: Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber.
- No direct link to fever increase: Guvava fruit does not inherently increase fever.
Potential Considerations
- Natural sugars: Guvava contains natural sugars, which may affect blood sugar levels.
- Digestive comfort: If you're experiencing fever, your digestive system might be sensitive; guvava's high fiber content could potentially cause discomfort.
Precautions
- Eat in moderation: Consume guvava fruit in moderation to avoid any potential digestive discomfort.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, including water, clear broths, or electrolyte-rich beverages.
- Monitor your fever: Keep track of your temperature and seek medical attention if your fever worsens or persists.

View allHey Doc, I recently went through some medical tests and discovered that my homocysteine levels are really high. I'm currently on zincovit, but I'm wondering if I should switch to a stronger multivitamin. Can you recommend one that might help lower my homocysteine levels? Appreciate your guidance.
Tab neurobion-forte is advised to the patient.

I'm experiencing some pain in my hand after the angiogram test. Could you let me know what might help ease it? Im a bit worried about why this is happening.
After an angiogram test, it is common to experience some pain or discomfort at the site where the procedure was done. To help reduce the pain in your hand, you can take over-the-counter pain medication such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil). Make sure to follow the recommended dosage on the packaging. Additionally, applying a cold compress to the area for 15-20 minutes a few times a day can help reduce swelling and pain. If the pain persists or worsens, please consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
