I'm really concerned because I've been having this pain in my upper back and on the left side of my chest for the past two days. I'm trying to figure out what might be causing it. Could it be something serious? What should I do about it?

Guvava (Guava) Fruit and Fever

General Information

  1. Guvava's nutritional benefits: Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber.
  2. No direct link to fever increase: Guvava fruit does not inherently increase fever.

Potential Considerations

  1. Natural sugars: Guvava contains natural sugars, which may affect blood sugar levels.
  2. Digestive comfort: If you're experiencing fever, your digestive system might be sensitive; guvava's high fiber content could potentially cause discomfort.

Precautions

  1. Eat in moderation: Consume guvava fruit in moderation to avoid any potential digestive discomfort.
  2. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, including water, clear broths, or electrolyte-rich beverages.
  3. Monitor your fever: Keep track of your temperature and seek medical attention if your fever worsens or persists.

I've been experiencing chest pain on the right upper side for a few months now, especially when I lift something heavy. Recently, the pain has also started on the left side and even near my shoulder sometimes. All my tests like RA Factor, thyroid, chest x-ray, and blood tests have come back normal. I occasionally feel mild pain near my breast too. I'm getting kind of worried. What could be causing these symptoms?

I've been having sweating and breathlessness when going up the stairs, and there's some numbness in my palm along with a light pain in my chest. I talked to a cardiologist who's pretty experienced, and after checking out my echo report, they've suggested I get an angiography. I'm really unsure about whether I should go through with it. Could you give me some advice on this? I would really appreciate a quick response.

Based on your symptoms and the recommendation of your cardiologist, undergoing angiography would be important to assess the condition of your heart vessels. This procedure can provide detailed information about any blockages or narrowing in the arteries supplying your heart. It will help in determining the best course of treatment for your condition. Please follow your cardiologist's advice and proceed with the angiography as recommended.
