I'm really concerned because my 26-year-old daughter-in-law just noticed a white patch on her back. Her father has vitiligo, and I'm worried it might be related. Could this be a sign of vitiligo too, and what should we do next?

recent discovery of a white patch on her back may be a concern.it can be vitiligo and there are many other conditions also like pityriasis vesicolor Here are some suggestions:
Initial Steps
- Consult a dermatologist: It's essential to get a professional diagnosis to confirm whether the white patch is indeed vitiligo.
- Medical history: Share her family medical history, including her father's vitiligo, with the dermatologist.

View allI'm experiencing a hair fall issue, and one of the doctors suggested I take Dutas capsules for 3 months. But I've read about some side effects, and they're mentioning that it could lead to impotence. Should I give it a try or not? I'm a bit confused and would really appreciate your advice.
side effects include nausea, headache etc , continue all the medications ..

I've been dealing with hair loss for the past year and initially had some success with minoxidil 5 foam and dutasteride dutamax. But after three months, I switched to minoxidil 5 liquid and duprost dutasteride, and now my hair's shedding like crazy again. Could this be because I changed my meds? What can I do to stop my hair from falling out? I've stopped using the liquid minoxidilis it better to go back to the foam and the original dutasteride?
It seems like the change in your medication from minoxidil 5% foam and dutasteride dutamax to minoxidil 5% liquid and duprost dutasteride may have contributed to the increased hair shedding. I recommend switching back to minoxidil 5% foam and dutasteride dutamax as they were working well for you before

I'm really worried about these cholesterol deposits under my eyes. I've heard about laser treatments that might help. Can you tell me if that's a good option and if it's safe? I just want to get them removed somehow.
Probable diagnosis is xanthelasma. Treatment includes cryotherapy and statins.
