I'm really concerned because my 8-year-old daughter has started getting some white hairs. Is there any exercise or ayurvedic treatment you would recommend? I'm just looking for some guidance on how to handle this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

View allI'm really worried about losing so much hair every time I apply oil or shampoo. I don't even do an oil massage, just a light application, and I always dilute my shampoo in water. I've tried a bunch of different shampoos, but nothing seems to work. Am I doing something wrong? Is it necessary to do an oil massage? My scalp is super oily, and my hair gets greasy just after two days. Should I keep using oil anyway?
Since you have an extremely oily scalp and experience greasiness within 2 days, you can opt for a clarifying shampoo like "Sebamed Anti-Dandruff Shampoo" to help control oiliness and maintain scalp health. It is not necessary to apply oil if it worsens your scalp condition, but if you still prefer to use oil, choose a non-greasy formula and apply it sparingly to the ends of your hair rather than the scalp

I've been dealing with jock itch for about two weeks now and I've been trying a bunch of things like creams and even anti-dandruff shampoo. I read somewhere that castor oil could help, so I started applying it before bed and washing it off in the morning. But one time, I used it after my morning bath and forgot to reapply it at night. By the next day, I noticed the oil had dried, there was some black dead skin that came off easily, and the rash seemed a bit smaller. Does this mean that the castor oil is just working really slowly, or should I be trying something else?
Try using an antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra twice a day on the affected area to help clear up the infection faster. Remember to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

I'm concerned about using Placentrex gel on my baby's hand burn. He's just 1 and a half years old. Are there any side effects I need to be aware of?
It's appropriate and good to use, avoid scratching the affected area.
