I'm really concerned because my mom has been taking Serobid Rotacaps for about four years now without any issues, but I've heard there's a shortage of the 50 mcg ones across the country. Could you recommend a non-steroid alternative for this? I just want to make sure she continues her treatment without any interruptions.

View allI'm really confused about my chest x-ray results. It says BVM, but I'm not sure if that means bivascular markings or bronchovascular markings, or if they're actually the same thing. I had the x-ray because I was checking for swollen lymph nodes. What exactly does BVM mean in this context? Should I be worried?
Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma, bronchopneumonia, cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension.

I'm a little worried because I've been dealing with a lot of symptoms like excessive yawning, a constant feeling of needing to yawn, and even sometimes feeling like I can't breathe properly, all for about 45 days now. I also have a stuffy nose, my nasal turbinates seem enlarged, and I have post-nasal drip. I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis earlier, but these symptoms don't seem to be going away. Is there a chance that this has turned into allergic asthma or maybe even bronchial asthma, even though I havent started coughing or felt any chest pressure?
Azeflo nasal spray is advised to the patient sos for allergy...7ml twice daily in both the nostrils is advised to the pt..

I'm really concerned about my recent chest X-ray results which show that both hilar and lung markings are increased. Also, I've been having a fever fluctuating between 99-100 degrees for the last 15 days. No other symptoms have shown up yet. What could this mean? Should I be worried about anything serious?
