I'm really concerned because my TMT came back positive and I've been told I've got a heart problem. What should I do now? How serious is this, and what's the next step?

I'm looking over my wife's yearly ECG report and I'm a bit worried about the results. It mentions "borderline" and lists some parameters like a rate of 89, sinus rhythm, and normal P AxisV rate.
