I'm really concerned because two days ago, something, probably an insect, bit me on my upper stomach. It's super itchy and feels really hard to the touch. Could you recommend any ointment or treatment that might give me some relief?

I'm really worried about my skin. I've been using this fair cream from Zee Drugs for about a year now, and I'm noticing some issues. If I skip using it for just a day, I get these small pimple-like things near my nose and all over my forehead. The longer I don't use it, the redder and itchier they become.
