I'm really concerned because two days ago, something, probably an insect, bit me on my upper stomach. It's super itchy and feels really hard to the touch. Could you recommend any ointment or treatment that might give me some relief?

View allI've been dealing with a skin issue for about 3 months now. I was using a betamethasone cream on my face, but then I noticed it started turning my face redder and redder. My doctor mentioned I was using a really strong steroid cream on my face, and now I'm not sure how to fix this. My cheeks are constantly red, though there's no itching or irritation. When I go outside, it gets even redder. I'm using Desowen lotion and Emodel lotion for cleansing, but I'm really scared about my skin. It's affecting my confidence, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the house. Can you give me some advice on what I should do?
It sounds like you are experiencing redness on your face due to the prolonged use of a high-potency steroid cream. To help improve the redness and restore your skin's health, I recommend the following: Discontinue the use of betamethasone cream immediately, as advised by your doctor. Continue using Desowen lotion as prescribed. This contains desonide, a mild corticosteroid that can help reduce inflammation and redness. For cleansing, continue using Emodel lotion. Make sure to use a gentle cleanser that is suitable for sensitive skin. Consider using a moisturizer with ingredients like ceramides or hyaluronic acid to help repair your skin barrier and improve hydration. Avoid direct sun exposure and always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 when going outside to prevent further damage from UV rays.

I'm currently using Epiduo gel 0.12.5 for my acne, but it's really putting a strain on my budget. Are there any other gels out there with the same ingredients that might be more affordable?

I'm a 22-year-old guy and I'm experiencing some hair fall issues that's creating gaps in my hair. I've been advised to try Indulekha oil to help regrow my hair, fill those gaps, and stop the hair fall. I'm wondering about the best way to apply it. Is it okay to put the oil on at night and wash it off later? Can I use the oil every night before bed, or is that too frequent? How long should I keep up with this routine to see some results? Would love some guidance!
Yes continue all the medications.
