I'm really confused and a bit concerned about something that's been happening lately. Almost every night, I wake up with this persistent itching in my feet and the palms of my hands. It's been happening after I take a shower and moisturize. What could be causing this? Could my shower habits or the moisturizer be triggering it somehow? I'm just not sure what's going on. Any ideas?

Itching in the feet and palms of the hands, especially at night, can be due to a condition called eczema. I recommend using a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream on the affected areas before bedtime. Additionally, taking an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg at night can help alleviate the itching. Make sure to continue moisturizing regularly and avoid any potential triggers that may worsen the itching.

I'm considering taking Rejuhair tablets and I'm curious about how much I should be taking and for how long. Are there any side effects that I should be aware of while using them?
The duration of the course can vary depending on the condition being treated, but it is generally taken for several months to see optimal results. Common side effects of Rejuhair tablets may include gastrointestinal upset, such as nausea or diarrhea. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider if you experience any persistent or bothersome side effects while taking Rejuhair tablets.

I've been dealing with dandruff and a lot of hair fall lately. I'm also noticing some stubborn dark spots popping up on my back and shoulders, which I think might be from the dandruff. It's really starting to worry me. Could it all be connected or is there something else going on? What should I do to tackle this situation?
Please send photos of the affected part for accurate diagnosis and treatment
