I'm really embarrassed to talk about this, but I've noticed something called Trichomycosis Pubis that appeared around 4 months ago. It's really grossing me out and makes me feel unclean. I haven't told my parents and I really want to get rid of it as soon as possible. Any advice on what I should do?

topical antibiotic cream like clindamycin or mupirocin, which can effectively treat the infection. Antiseptic washes like chlorhexidine or benzoyl peroxide can also be used to clean the affected area. Proper Hygiene: Keep the area clean and dry. Regular washing with mild soap and water is important to avoid excessive sweating or moisture, as bacteria thrive in these environments. Avoid using harsh soaps or scrubbing, as it may irritate the skin.

I'm currently seeing a dermatologist near my home for dandruff issues and she has good reviews. She's a female doctor. I also need advice on anal tags after my laser piles surgery and want to get an STD checkup. Can she handle these issues too or should I see another specialist?
A dermatologist can address skin tags and offer STD testing, but a proctologist may be better for post-surgical anal concerns.
