I'm really at a loss here. I've been hit with two chest infections recently and gone through three rounds of antibioticsamoxicillin, azithromycin, and doxycyclineand yet my cough just wont go away. Every time I wrap up an antibiotic treatment, I feel a bit better for a couple of days, but then the fevers and cough come roaring back. The cough is awful, brings up phlegm, and even sets off my asthma, making me feel lightheaded and out of breath. It's just so frustrating. I've ruled out whooping cough with a test, so I'm really wondering what could be going on and what I should do next. Any ideas?

I recently came across an old x-ray report that mentions 'healed tuberculosis,' and I'm honestly quite concerned. Does this mean that I still have active TB, or does it signify something else? I've been on ATT for pulmonary Kochs diagnosed 3 months ago. My initial chest X-ray looked fine, but the CT scan showed the infection. The Montox test was positive with a 20mm induration. For my latest review, I had a chest X-ray, and it showed prominent bronchovascular markings. Can you tell me what this means? Also, I've been experiencing leg pain, especially in my knees and ankles. Is this something I should be worried about?

Do not panic it takes time complete the entire course of ATT and visit your Physician regularly for followup,consume balanced diet and stay hydrated.

I've been dealing with tuberculosis and have been on medication consistently. I'm really curious, how long does it usually take for these TB tablets to fully dissolve and be absorbed in my body?

ATT is advised for atleast 6 months to the patient.
