I'm really loving the benefits of Amla juice for my skin and hair, but I've been having some trouble breathing at night, which is affecting my sleep. I saw a local doctor who suggested taking Azithromycin 500mg at night and advised stopping all sour foods and Amla juice. Is there any way I can address the breathing issue without having to give up Amla juice? It's been really effective for me and I don't want to stop if possible.

View allI'm really worried about my husband. He's been diagnosed with acute bronchitis, but he's still running a fever after four days of taking the prescribed medication. The doctor gave him Acebrophyline, acetylcysteine, Cefixime, montelukast, levocetrizine, and paracetamol. I'm confused though, is acute bronchitis usually caused by a virus or bacteria? Could there be an issue with these medicines not working, or should we be concerned about something else?
medicine which is given is sufficient , give paracetamol 650 mg three times in a day
