I'm really loving the benefits of Amla juice for my skin and hair, but I've been having some trouble breathing at night, which is affecting my sleep. I saw a local doctor who suggested taking Azithromycin 500mg at night and advised stopping all sour foods and Amla juice. Is there any way I can address the breathing issue without having to give up Amla juice? It's been really effective for me and I don't want to stop if possible.

View allI'm dealing with some pretty nasty seasonal bronchitis it's like I can't catch my breath, my chest feels heavy, and there's this annoying wheezing sound. They did an asthma test and said I don't have it, but the doctor gave me doxycycline 400mg and montelukast. Thing is, it's not really helping. What else can I try?

I'm feeling a bit uneasy again and have a bit of kapham. I was on Azithromycin for four days about two weeks ago, but now I'm taking this Resprilguaiphenesinambroxoltibul syrup, 5ml in the morning and at night, along with cetrizen at night, but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm wondering if I can go back to using Azithromycin, and add montelucast along with Levocetirizine? I'm not sure if that's a good mix or if it'll help. Can you advise?

I'm really worried because last night my girlfriend was having a lot of trouble breathing. It was like her body just locked up and she was gasping for air. I sat her up and she eventually got her breath back, but I'm concerned that this could be a medical issue. Can you help me understand what might be going on?
