I'm really not feeling great since last night. I've got a high fever and my whole body aches. I haven't seen a doctor yet; just been trying to rest in bed, but it hasn't helped much. Could you suggest some medication that might help?

My dad's been dealing with a fever and a bad cold for the last couple of days. He's been taking Dolo 650 and just started on Taxim O 200 mg this morning. His fever is back again, can I give him Dolo now? Is it alright to take it along with Taxim?

I've just tested positive for COVID in an RT PCR test a couple of days ago. I'm a bit worried and not sure what medications I should be taking right now. Currently, I'm on Telma 20 for blood pressure, and I'm experiencing some mild cold symptoms along with body aches, but no cough or fever. Could you advise on what I should do?
