I'm really starting to get worried about this constant twitching under my left eye. It's been happening for about 2 months now. Do you think it could be something serious, or is it usually just a minor issue?

My father is 73 and his MRI report shows cauda equina compression. His blood count is low too, so surgery might be risky at his age. Are there any injections or tablets that can help treat this without surgery? He's really not in a condition to handle a major procedure right now. What options do we have?
ortho review is advised.

I'm genuinely worried about my mom. Shes been feeling this creepy crawling sensation under her skin, like ants biting her, and it's been happening several times throughout the day. It's mostly in the upper part of her body but seems to be spreading. This has been going on for over a month, and she's tried allergy meds like Atarax and Candiforce, but nothing's helping. And shes also diabetic, which adds to my concerns. Im not sure which specialist we should consult. Any guidance would be really appreciated.
