I'm really stressed out and need some advice. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant? We had unprotected sex two days before I was supposed to get my period. My cycles usually between 31 and 33 days. We did it on day 31, three times, and he always pulled out before finishing. I also made sure he peed after every time. But now Im worried because I read online that precum can make you pregnant. What do you think?

Although the chances are low, pregnancy is possible even with the pull-out method and precum exposure; considering your cycle and timing, take a home pregnancy test 4-5 days after your missed period for accurate results, and if you're concerned or experience symptoms, consult a gynaecologist

View allI'm 8 weeks pregnant and got some test results, but I'm not sure what they mean. It says I have a few ringworm of P. falciparum, and the Widal test shows some positive results. Does this mean I have a lot of malaria or any thyroid issues? Can these be treated so they don't harm me or my baby? Also, I often notice a cream discharge, but it usually doesn't have a smell. Could this be related? I would really appreciate your advice.

What kegel exercises will improve your sex life?
Exercises that target pelvic floor muscles are to be done.To find your pelvic floor muscles, stop urinating in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. Both actions use your pelvic floor muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can exercise them in any position. However, you might find it easier to do them lying down at first. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold for three seconds and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row. When your muscles get stronger, try doing Kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking. For best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises. Repeat three times a day. Aim to do at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day.
