I'm really struggling with acne and dark spots on my face. It's so frustrating, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I really want to reduce or maybe even completely get rid of them. Any advice on how I can have clear, problem-free skin?

View allI've been dealing with acne for the past six months and I'm thinking about trying tretiva. I'm wondering if tretiva works the same as accutane, which is known to be quite pricey in other countries. Does tretiva provide similar results?

I've been using Minoxidil 5 and Finasteride 0.1 Topical Solution for the last couple of years. At first, everything seemed great, but now my hair's falling out more than ever. Plus, I'm dealing with acne as well. Could this be a sign of some hormonal imbalance? My CBC showed I'm low on Vit D3 and B12, but I've been taking the prescribed pills for that. I try to work out a bit and my diet's just regular Indian food, nothing fancy. I'm not really keen on treatments like PRP but I'm wondering if I should switch to Oral Finasteride. What do you think?
