I'm really struggling with acne, and it's been going on for about two years now. It's like, just when I think it's getting better and clears up, it flares back up and gets worse again after some days. It's so frustrating. I really need some advice or help on this. Why does this keep happening, and what can I do to finally get rid of it?

-It sounds like you're dealing with persistent acne. I recommend a consistent skincare routine with gentle products, and consider seeing a dermatologist for personalized treatment, like topical or oral medications, to manage flare-ups.

View allI'm 25 and starting to notice my hair turning grey, and it's really stressing me out. I tried CB 100 and KeraBlak tablets for about 3 months, but unfortunately, I didn't see any improvement. I'm feeling a bit lost about what I should do next. Is there something else you would recommend? Are there other reasons this could be happening at my age?
Capsule evion and biotin capsulses are advised for 3 months orally.

I'm dealing with vitiligo and my doctor suggested using Melback lotion, but I can't find it anywhere. I did come across Melgain at the drugstore though. Can I use Melgain as a substitute? What's the difference between Melback and Melgain, and how exactly does Melgain work? Would appreciate any advice on how to use it properly.
