I'm really struggling with an addiction to masturbation over the last 10 years, sometimes doing it multiple times in a day. I've noticed my penis has become quite large and bent to one side, and my scrotum is bigger than usual too. It's been 25 days since my ZSR circumcision surgery. The wound is mostly healed but I still have some side scars, and for the last 5 days, I've been having pain on the frenulum side. The doctor suggested massaging with vitamin E oil, but I'm not sure why the pain is still there. Feeling really stressed about it what could be causing this?
