I'm really struggling with dark lips and I've also got a bad tan on my face. I'm wondering if using Azederm 20 cream or kojivit cream would help with these issues. Can you recommend if these are good options for me or suggest some other creams that might work better?

I've got these white patches and flaky skin around my groin and thighs, and it's really itchy at times. I've been using itch guard for about two days now, but it's not helping at all. Should I keep using the itch guard or is it time to see a doctor about this?
You may be experiencing a fungal infection such as jock itch. In addition to using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream, I recommend keeping the affected area clean and dry. You can continue applying the antifungal cream twice a day for 2-4 weeks. If your symptoms do not improve or worsen after a week of using the cream, it would be advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm really worried about my wife. She's been dealing with this condition, HS, for over two years now. We thought surgery might help; she had it done three months ago on her armpits and groin area. But sadly, the problem's come back, and she's still in a lot of pain. I understand it's a chronic condition, but it's really affecting her quality of life, and even simple daily tasks are a struggle. I'm desperate to find a doctor who's experienced with these cases and can help with her recovery and pain management. Do you know anyone who specializes in this?
